Through this, if people where extremely harassed they are given a chance to defend themselves, and punish those who mistreated them. Without this, people will still continue to do something wrong to their fellow. There will be no more respect among others, and they will continue to make the world a bad place to live.
The freedom that everyone has received was part of this. They all were once more liberated from anything that made them unwanted in the society, the pain they felt during the time when all of them not allowed to do the things that they wanted because of the restriction that they received. Free from discrimination and maltreatment from the people around them.
The peace that everybody has received because if it was not for this, humans can just do what they wanted to do for other humans. They can just kill and make fun of everyone. This concept makes everyone see the equality out of the gender the status in life or even the appearance that a person may have.
Disregarding this is a serious violation and can cause you to pay neither money nor the imprisonment. This can make you learn to respect, because before they did not know things about respect. All they know is once your status is high then you can do whatever you like to the person whose position is lower than yours.
We are all made the same, we are all human, and we deserve to live as one. We deserve to be treated equally with the people that are living around us. Everyone should be able to feel they are one and they have to live the way others has. That is the reason social justice was introduced, to provide harmony and give everybody the right to live.
