For example, if some noticed the increasing rates of absenteeism records, they automatically act on it accordingly. Instead of deducting their salary, they could just call for a meeting.

They cannot help but to feel intimidated by those officials who were their bosses before. Therefore, they tend to think low about themselves. This kind of mindset will only destruct them and hinder them to grow. Their goal is to make the most out of their titles by being responsible enough in handling and managing the corporation.

Some punishments could also be treated as reinforces. For example, if they got a salary deduction due to the number of times they were late at work, they see this as a motivation to work overtime just to compensate that loss. If they work harder than they used to be, then the deduction would serve as a motivator. This usually applies in operational tasks.

Having good professional relationships would contribute to the possibility of advancement and improvement. We should never underestimate the skills of these leaders. They spent years of practice and experience when it comes to industrial management. They have considered all the factors that highly affect the growth of an organization.

With this, they were chosen by their members to represent the organization. There is no such thing as immediate success. Team work is required in order for us to progress. Achieving progress is also never an easy task to do. As long as we are mature and professional enough to deal with obstacles, then we can get there.
