If you ve ever taken a close look at your wrist watch you ll notice just how small the components it s made out of are. If you open it up.it gets even more interesting. It s clear that it was made with care. The tiny tungsten carbide parts that make it up are produced using precision parts manufacturing. Only a machine of that caliber can make specific pieces.

Don t just think of it in things you wear. It is used for lots of other miniature things you use it your daily life. Things that make your life more convenient, such as cell phones or even a remote. This process helps make all the components that are part of all these things that we use. Without this none of them would exist or it would take a while to make them.

It s not all machinery though, there are still people employed to run and monitor the machines. Human beings are not as fast and efficient machines. The world seems hungrier for products than it has ever been. This means companies have to find ways to produce more faster, and without risk of the life of quality. The fact that it can produce such a large amount of product is a big advantage. It simply means the business will make more money.

They make every part of the process better in every way. Certain products need to be made exactly the same with no error every time. It is important that all products or parts leave the assembly line made to specification. Everyone, that comes off imperfect has to be discarded or sent back this cost the company money every time it s done. Introducing a new product and having it break down that day would cause problems.

You need to have safety measures in place. Whenever you have people operating any kind of equipment. There is a possibility of people getting hurt or injured while they work. It really doesn t matter what s being made with the equipment. Mistakes happen and people forget to close things or turn them off. Have insurance for this and make certain everyone is well trained before they are allowed to touch it.

There are also areas of productivity that human bodies cannot withstand. Places where the overall area and job detail is a risk to their health. Machines can be designed to work in harsh environments with just maintenance to do. As Long as the machine is properly maintained and its kept running smoothly, it should keep producing as perfect as it the day before, and the day before that.

All manufacturing processes and machines have their issues. With this one it s that it cannot do anything involves improvising or multiple programmes. It needs a repetitive process for it to be efficient. This type of manufacturing does not come cheap. It is actually cheaper to employ people but people are slower and need a lunch break and time off.

Just as the machines all need to be programmed to create all those miniature components. Human beings need to be trained to be able to handle the machinery. This way things are less risky and the machines are less likely to break.
